Just a quick note from us.
Over the last couple years, We've noticed an increasing in number of repairs -mainly watches and clocks -are not being collected. We completely understand that life is very busy and trips into town can easily be forgotten.

We always do our best to contact you when your items are ready often reaching out several times. Unfortunately some repairs are still waiting to be collected including items from as long as 5 years ago after this time we scrap the items.
As a small family-run business uncollected items represent a significant loss for us due to time, parts, and costs involved in completing repairs. We have never asked for deposits or upfront payment (unless requested) but we cannot continue to carry these costs indefinitely.

If you have an item with us, please collect it as soon as possible, or let us know if you're unable to. We also offer a layaway service, which allows you to spread the cost over time if needed.
